Services Offered
– We offer clothing manufacturing services including, but not limited to, design, fabric sourcing, production, and quality control.
1. Order Placement
– All orders must be submitted in writing and include details such as design specifications, quantities, materials, and delivery timelines.
2. Pricing and Payment
– Pricing will be provided upon request and is subject to change based on materials and labor costs. Payment terms include a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to delivery.
3. Production Timeline
– Production timelines will be provided with your order confirmation. We will make every effort to meet these timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such unavailability of materials.
4. Quality Assurance
– We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
– All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by you remain your property. We will not use your designs for other clients without your express consent.
6. Confidentiality
– We agree to keep all client information and designs confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your permission.

– Fabrication and Production: 3-7 days for standard orders. (Depending on the availability of the products)
– Custom Orders: 10 -20 days (may vary based on complexity and materials).
– Rush Orders: 2-3 days (depending on the quantity & subject to availability however additional fees will occur).

– Upon receiving your order, we will provide an estimated lead time based on current production schedules and material availability. This estimate will be confirmed in the order acknowledgment.
5. Factors Affecting Lead Time
– Lead times may be affected by:
– Material availability and sourcing delays. Please note that we source our fabric locally & internationally however In cases of unavailability of a certain colour of fabric or specific quality ,it may takes 2-4weeks to source the colour or the appropriate quality required.
– Production capacity and scheduling.
– Seasonal demand fluctuations.
– Custom design complexities.
6. Communication of Delays
– If there are any anticipated delays beyond the confirmed lead time, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.
7. Changes to Orders
– Any changes to the order after confirmation may result in extended lead times. We will communicate any adjustments to the timeline promptly.
